Script policy

To maintain the highest standard of care and ensure your safety, Total ENT follows a strict repeat script policy. Any requests for refills outside of an immediate two-week post-operative window, including requests for chronic medications, will not be granted over the phone. For repeat script requests, please schedule a follow-up consultation so Dr Anderson can properly evaluate your current condition before renewing any prescription. Please monitor your supply closely and contact us to book an appointment before your medication runs out, or contact your primary care provider or GP.
